We will notify you if you are approved upon filling out the vendor registration form. You will need to submit a link to to your website/social media of your products or photos of your products if you do not have a website/social media. You will be provided with set-up and tear down information along with a floorplan.

12x10x10 Early: $60
12x10x10 Late: $75 Double $140
21x6x6 Early: $50

*You will be notified after acceptance into the market whether you will have a 10x10 space or a 6 ft table depending on your product needs (Starlight market will have 6ft tables based on availability for $10)

*12/13 : Vendor set-up Set up: Friday Dec 13th venue will be open at 8am (in some cases it may be possible to come the night before to set up large displays). You are required to be set up by 3pm and tabled from 4pm to 8pm. We will have a floating close 8 OR 9 as needed.

*Vendor responsible for their décor and additional set up (facility will be locked at night and you may leave your booth set-up)

*Starlight market will be advertising through Sonrise Skagit Website, Mobile App, Social Media, & Community Billboards.

*Vendors are expected to market the event to help drive foot traffic. Starlight market will provide vendors with digital marketing media to share on their platforms.
